How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within the United States will be manufactured and shipped from the US factory, with an estimated production-to-delivery time of 3-8 days.
Orders from other regions are expected to take 7-20 days.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs clearance, shipping service delays, or holidays.
What is your return and exchange policy?
1. Return Process:You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Requirements:Products must be returned in their original packaging, and all accessories must be complete.
3. Return Shipping Costs:For returns not due to quality issues: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Return Mailing AddressOnce your return request is approved, our customer service team will contact you with the warehouse address. Please do not return the goods to any address without our team's confirmation.
