Refund policy

Our policy expires within 30 days. We understand the challenges of selecting personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund. **Returns and exchanges are not accepted for damage due to normal wear and tear. Please note that most unused items can be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is not included. Additional service fees, such as shipping and gift wrapping, are non-refundable.

However, if the return is due to an error on our part (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the item is in stock, we will refund or exchange it upon receipt.

Please note that after an exchange, the item is no longer eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase.

Special sale items are final. Please note that these items are not returnable or exchangeable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.

Return labels are only valid for defective items within the validity period of our policy.

Return shipping costs depend on the weight of the item, your shipping location, and the courier you selected.

For defective items purchased within one year, you can apply for a special discount code with proof of purchase for 50% off the same item.

To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please do not return items to the address listed on the packaging.

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, we'll process it and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within one week. Any shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

Delayed or Missing Refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process. If you've completed all the steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@3dprintnexus.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for an identical item, please email contact@3dprintnexus.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Upon receiving the return, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then review your return.

Unmarked Returns

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

You may use your own shipping method. We strongly recommend that you use a carrier that provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please ensure you keep this tracking number securely. WestPrint3D is not responsible for packages lost in transit by carriers without tracking.
