1. Does 3DPrintNexus ship to my country?
We have our own factories in the US, China, and Germany, and can ship to almost all countries worldwide. However, due to shipping restrictions, the following countries, as well as some other countries that cannot be shipped to, are currently not within our delivery range. We sincerely apologize for this and will continue to work to improve.

2. How much is the shipping fee?
3DPrintNexus offers free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 will incur a shipping fee of $8.90. Express shipping starts at $25.00.
Note:
1. "Free shipping on orders over $50 USD" only applies to regular-priced items and does not apply to free items.
2. The $8.9 USD shipping fee is not deductible for free items. The $8.9 USD price includes handling, shipping, and customs duties.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of the product and your shipping location. We strive to ensure affordable shipping. However, shipping charges vary depending on our carrier. Therefore, even free products may incur shipping charges.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

- Order processing: 1-4 business days.
- Express shipping time (FedEx/DHL): 3-8 business days.
- Standard shipping time: 4-12 business days.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- If you have entered an incorrect shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
- Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Once a package has been processed and shipped, we are unable to redirect it to another delivery address.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with relevant information. You can then click Track My Order to track the shipment status.
5. Why hasn't my shipping information been updated even though my package has been shipped?
When the product is manufactured in China and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be added to the order page.
Due to international shipping, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the international transit hub airport. During this period, shipping information for inland China shipments to the international transit hub is not available. Shipping information will only be updated after the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.
Don't worry; just wait 3-5 days for the information to be updated.
6. What if the package hasn't been delivered? If you haven't received your package within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at contact@3dprintnexus.com. We will resend your package or provide a full refund.
